Many come from my Italian roots, others are simple favourites that always feel festive. All are perfect for a cosy, beautiful New Year’s Eve at home.

Pesce al Cartoccio (whole fish)
A whole fish always adds elegance to a meal and it can be super easy to make. My favorite, no-stress way is to bake it in parchment paper: the process is as easy as cleaning the fish, dressing it with olive oil, salt and lemon and cook in a parcel of baking paper until done.
